Highly Experienced Services Team is available for onsite and online support services. Customer can also forward Support Requests on support@newera.com.sa for faster response. Support Tickets are issued against all lodged requests, and customers start getting served on first-come-first-serve basis, AND/OR, on Report-Issue-Severity (priority) basis. We have a dedicated team of Online support staff available in office hours to assist our clients.
